RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AT A COST OF $9,299.00 WITH WEARDCO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
ON THE LA COSTA HI RESERVOIR CONTRACT
WHEREAS, during the course of the construction of La Costa
Hi Reservoir the Project Manager and District Engineer agreed
with Weardco Construction Corporation that a blanket of chain
link fencing was required to insure slope safety as determined by
special engineering consultant; and
7 WHEREAS, the cost of the fencing was $9,299.00 and the
j instal lation of slope protection justified an extension of the
contract for a period of seven calendar days;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Costa Real Municipal Water District:
The District Engineer is authorized and directed to execute
Change Order No. 2 to Weardco Construction Corporation for
installation of a chain link fence for slope safety at a cost of
$9,299.00, and a time extension to the contract of seven days.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of September,
1985.
