RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ORDERING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY
THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DESIGNATED AS LA COSTA HI RESERVOIR ANNEXATION TO
WAEREAS, Costa Real Municipal Water District is a municipal
water district organized and existing under the Municipal Water
District Law of 1911, as amended; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of the territory described in
Exhibit A hereto have consented in writing to annexation of such
property to Costa Real Municipal Water District; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 461, dated May 1, 1985, the Board
of Directors applied to the Local Agency Formation Commission for
approval of such annexation; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Officer of the Commission filed her
report on the annexation, which report was received and con-
sidered by the Commission; and
WHEREAS, Costa Real Municipal Water District has complied
with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act
and the District guidelines implementing California Environmental
Quality Act (1985) by determining that the proposal is exempt;
and

WHEREAS, it would be to the benefit and best interest of the
Costa Real Municipal Water District that said territory be an-
nexed to the Costa Real Municipal Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by
the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal Water
District:
1. That all proceedings for the annexation of the territory
described in Exhibit A hereto were taken and conducted pursuant
to the District Reorganization Act of 1965, as amended, and
applicable provisions of the Municipal Water District Law of
1911.
2. That all owners of said territory have given their con-
sent in writing to the annexation of said territory. -
3. That pursuant to Government Code section 56261 and the
resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission adopted
November 4, 1985, the Board of Directors of Costa Real Municipal
Water District may proceed without notice and hearing and without
an election and may by resolution order said annexation.
4. That the annexation of the territory described in Ex-
hibit A to the Costa Real Municipal Water District is in the best
interest of the Costa Real Municipal Water District, provided
that it is upon the following terms and conditions as fixed by
the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Diego,
to wit: the boundaries shall be made to conform to Exhibit A
attached hereto. 7

I- 5. That all conditions required to have been completed
prior to the date of adoption of this resolution have been com-
pleted or met, and that the tegritory described in Exhibit A
hereto, designated and known as La Costa Hi Reservoir Annexation
be and it hereby is ordered annexed to Costa Real Municipal Water
District, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 4 here-
to.
6. That the Secretary of Costa Real Municipal Water Dis-
trict be and is authorized and directed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution, along with a remittance to cover such
fees as need be required by Section 54902.5 of the Government
Code, to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation
Commission of the County of San Diego, the principal county in
which the property described in Exhibit A is situated, and said
Executive Officer is requested to prepare and execute a Certifi-
cate of Completion and to make such filings as are required by
Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 56450) of Part 5 of Division 1
of Title 6 of the Government Code.

7. That the annexation of such territory shall be complete
from date of execution of the certificate of the completion of
proceedings by the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Forma-
tion Commission, and shall be effective on the date of execution
of such Certificate of Completion, provided that said date is on
or before November 4, 1986.

Off ice of said county;
1. Thence North 68O 13' 07" East, 1536.70 feet to the "True Point
Beginning I' ;
2. Thence South 68O 01' 10" East, 99.51 feet;
3. Thence South 51O 54' 40" East, 141.03 feet;
4. Thence South 22O 52' 25" West, 191.85 feet;
5. Thence South 57O 13' 00" West, 73-07 f&et; .
6. Thence North 83" 46' 00" Nest, 83.97 feet;
7. Thence North 22' 02' 11" West, 58.84 feet; -
8. Thence North 34' 25' 48" West, 153.00 feet;
9. Thence North 55O 34' 12" East, 10.00 feet to the beginning of
a tangent 322.00 foot radius curve concave northwesterly;
10. Thence Northwesterly, 188.77 feet along said curve through a
central afigle of 33' 35' 22" to the point of beginning.
