RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT, LOT NO, 14 CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER, UNIT NO.l
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for
execution and recordation of a Grant of Way to CROW-W #3, a
California limited partnership, of fifteen foot (15')
wide waterline easement located along Lot No. 14, .in
Carlsbad Research Center, Unit No.1 as shown on Exhibit A
and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
7 ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of --- February, 1986.
