RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT, VILLAS DE CARLSBAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for
execution and recordation of a Grant of Way to Villas de
Carlsbad of twenty foot (20') wide waterline easement
located along the southwesterly Right of Way between
Laguna Drive and Knowles Avenue as shown on Exhibits A and
B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this --- 5th day of - February, 1986.
