RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER, PARCEL "B" OF PARCEL MAP 13,114
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Costa Real Municipal Water District that approval is
given for execution and recordation of a Grant Right of
Way from Carlsbad Research Center, a California
corporation, of fifteen feet (15') wide waterline
easement located along the westerly line of Parcel "B"
of Parcel Map 13,114 as shown on Exhibits A and B,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.

ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March, 1986.

WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting of
the Board held on the 19th day of February 1986, and that it was
adopted by the following vote:
