RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
AVENIDA ENCINAS PLAZA, PARCEL 2, PARCEL MAP 14009
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and
recordation of a Grant Right of Way to Avenida Encinas
Associates, a California general partnership, of fifteen feet
(15') wide waterline easement located in Parcel 2, Avenida
Encinas Plaza, per Parcel Map No. 14009 as shown on Exhibits A
and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof,

ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 14th day of May, 1986.
