RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM & ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
MURAI TRUST - 253 ACRES (KG VISTA) PARCEL MAP 13909
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution
and recordation of a quitclaim to Vista Venture, Ltd., a
California limited partnership, to relinquish all of the grantors
right, title and interest in and to that certain easement
I recorded April 10, 1972 as File No. 86671 of official records;
and approval is given for execution and recordation of acceptance
of a substitute grant right of way to Costa Real Municipal Water
District by Gibraltar Community Builders, a California general
partnership, and Vista Venture, LTD.? a California limited
partnership for an easement for roadway purposes over and across
portions of Parcels A, B, C, D, and E of Map No. 13909 filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on April
13, 1985 as File No. 85-291528 of official records as shown on
Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this - 14th day of May, 1986.
