a RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT NO. 4
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and
recordation of a Grant Right of Way to Carlbad Research Center, a
California general partnership, of twenty feet (20') wide
waterline easement located in Lot F of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, per
Parcel Map No. 823 as shown on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

Costa Real Municipal Water District easement the following courses: South 84'5lg2On West .79 feet, South 83'31'26" West 299.62 feet; thence leaving said Costa Real Municipal Water Dis- trict easement, North 33°28g25n West 149.52 feet.to the beginning of a tangent 581.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly; thence
Northerly along the arc of said-curve through a central angle of 24'32'19" a distance of 248.83 feet; thence North 8°56g06" West 155.18 feet to a point on the arc of a non-tangent 1019.00 foot radius curve concave Northerly, a radial line from said point bears North 1Oo0O112" West; thence Westerly along the arc of said
. curve through a central angle of 39'59'33" a distance of 711.26
feet; thence North 60°00139B1 West 441.23 feet to a point on a
line which is 17.00 feet measure at right angles to and parallel and concentric with the Southerly right-of -way of College Boule-
