HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-06-04; Municipal Water District; Resolution 504RESOLUTION NO. 504 - RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER #2, LOTS 40, 41, & 42 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and recordation of a Grant Right of Way to Carlsbad Research Center, a California general partnership, of fifteen feet (15') wide waterline easement located in portions of Lots 40, 41, and 42, Faraday Avenue, per Parcel Map No. 11134 as shown on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
