RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING REVISED DIVISION BOUNDARY MAP AND
DESIGNATING CANDIDATES PAY STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. THAT the Board of Directors of Costa Real Municipal Water
District, does hereby approve the updated Division Boundary Map
(Precinct Map), Exhibit A attached, which is to be placed on file
with the Registrar of Voters;
2. THAT the Board of Directors has determined that the division
boundaries in Exhibit A are as nearly equal in population as
practicable, based on population figures and voter registration;
3. THAT each candidate for Divisions 1, 2 and 5 will pay for
his or her Statement of Qualifications to be printed in the
sample ballot for mailing to registered voters for the general
election of 1986.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of June,
1986.

I, FRED W. MAERKLE, Secretary of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting of the
Board held on the 4th day of June, 1986, and that it was
adopted by the following vote:
AYES : Directors: Almack, Maerkle, Haasl, Kelly
