RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
- COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
REVISING THE SALARY RANGE NUMBER OF CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
WHEREAS, on September 17, 1986, the Board of Directors
met with representatives of the District's employees, and
WHEREAS, the results of an indepth survey have
indicated that the salaries of the District's classified em-
ployees are below the average in the industry, and
WHEREAS, the Board adopted by motion the salary range
numbers shown on page 3 (dated September 17, 1986) of Article 4
of the Administrative Code, to become effective September 29,
1986;

NOW THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE that
the Administrative
exhibits.
