RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED LA COSTA RIVIERA - CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 81-26
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and
recordation of a Quitclaim Deed to.La Costa Riviera, a joint
venture, of ten foot (10') wide waterline easement of Lot 54 of
La Costa South Unit No. 1 according to Map No. 6117 as shown on
Exhibit "A", attached thereto and made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 22nd day of October,
1986.
