RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT LOTS 383 AND 384, LA COSTA SOUTH UNIT NO. 5, PARCEL MAP 6600
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Real
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution and
recordation of a Hold Harmless Agreement from TINT Gibraltar, a
general partnership, developer of lots 383 and 384, La Costa
South Unit No. 5, indemnifying the District for potential damages
relating to the proximity of a retaining wall and the District's
existing A.C. water main. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED in
consideration the Hold Harmless Agreement that the Board of
Directors approve the existing facilities.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of October, 1986.
