RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PRESSURE REDUCING STATION
IN CAMINO DE LOS ONDAS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal
Water District has determined that Taylor & Hoover, Inc. has
completed the subject project in accordance with the plans,
specifications and terms of the contract document; and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has recommended that the
Board of Directors accept the facilities constructed by Taylor &
Hoover, Inc., authorize the District Engineer to file a "Notice
of Completion,'' and authorize the General Manager to release the
final retention of $7,082.05.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the Costa Real Municipal Water District:
The Pressure Reducing Station in Camino De Los Ondas,
constructed by Taylor & Hoover, Inc., is hereby accepted.
The District Engineer is authorized and directed to file a
"Notice of Completion" for the project.
The General Manager is authorized to release the final
retention of $7,082.05, the securities held to insure faithful
performance, to Taylor & Hoover, Inc. at the end of the thirty-
five (35) day lien period following the filing of the "Notice of
Completion".
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of December, 1986.

I, FRED W. MAERKLE, Secretary of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting of
the Board held on the 3rd day of December, 1986, and that it
was adopted by the following vote:
