RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
JOCKEY CLUB (ALICANTE VIEWS) C.T. 82-26/CP 223
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa
Municipal Water District that approval and acceptance is
for execution and recordation of a Grant Right of Way/
Harmless Agreement to Rancho Real, Inc., a Califc
corporation, and Jockey Club Homeowners' Associatio
California nonprofit corporation, for maintenance and oper<
of the water service to the project and to provide the Dist
with a hold harmless agreement indemnifying us in the eve:
damages from the site conditions as shown on Exhibits A ai
attached thereto and made a part t ereof.
