RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE OUTSTANDING
SERVICE OF NORMAN M. ALMACK TO
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, NORMAN M. ALMACK, was first appointed t
Board of Directors of the Costa Real Municipal Water Distrj
July 29, 1981; and
WHEREAS, NORMAN M. ALMACK, was elected by a vote (
people in November 1982 and served the District faithfully
his retirement on January 5, 1987; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure with the' District NOR!!
ALMACK served as President of the Board, and
WHEREAS, while serving as President, NORMAN M. I
led the District in negotiations with the City to end a d
old dispute; and
WHEREAS, the document known as the Water Se
Agreement which signifies the uniting of the City of Carlsbi
Costa Real Municipal Water District in providing water serv.
