RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
VILLAGE Q, CALAVERA HILLS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa
Municipal Water District that approval is given for executic
recordation of a Grant Right of Way and Subordination Agree
from Cedric E. Sanders, an individual, of fifteen (15') feet
waterline easement located in Parcel "Bl' per Record of Survc
9336 and a portion of Lot "D" of Rancho Aqua Hedionda per ME I 823 attached thereto and made a part thereof.
