RESOLUTION NO. 543
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTIONS TO INCLUDE
THE USE OF A MANAGER EVALUATION FOR ANNUAL REVIEW
AND RECOGNIZE THE RETIREMENT OF DISTRICT PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa
Municipal Water District desires to develop a pos
interchange between the Board and the General Manager res
in the documentation of performance, strengths, weaknl
accomplishments and expectations, and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this it was necc
to utilize a form which clearly describes the are
evaluation, and
I WHEREAS, this form titled Manager Evaluation for
Review was approved by the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board would like to recognize ret!

of District employees, and

WHEREAS, to implement these desires, changes
District's Administrative Code are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the
Real Municipal Water District does hereby add the follop
