RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RECOGNIZING THE OUTSTANDING EFFORTS OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY OFFICE OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
WHEREAS, the earth as we know it today is a volitil environment full of natural and man made hazards that are a threa to all inhabitants, and
WHEREAS, recovery from an emergency situation involvir
any of these hazards has a tremendous impact on the health an safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, a pre-planned response to these situations i the most effective method of mitgating emergency related problems and
WHEREAS, it requires a high level of professionalis and expertise to develop such planning efforts, and
I WHEREAS, the San Diego County Office of Disaste Preparedness is staffed with individuals that meet thos
requirements.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Cost Real Municipal Water District does hereby commend the San Dieg
County Office of Disaster Preparedness for their assistance wit
the District's emergency planning efforts from formation of th
Emergency Plan to facilitation of an exercise drill:
