A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT CHANGING THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF A WATER RATE INCREASE FROM
SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 TO SEPTEMBER 15, 1987

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT has taken a previous acti
Resolution No. 550 changing the rate charged for water SUI
by the DISTRICT to be effective September 1, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is responsible fc
billing and collection of water charges, and
