I RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
DETERMINING THE AMOUNTS NECESSARY TO BE RAISED
BY TAXATION IN THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1988, AND FIXING THE RATES
OF TAX TO BE LEVIED FOR SUCH FISCAL YEAR
DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1987,
WHEREAS, Sections 72090 through 72099, inclusive, (
Water Code provide that the Board of Directors of COST2
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall determine the amounts necess;
be raised by taxation during the fiscal year and that the

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNl
WATER DISTRICT is required to certify to the Board of Super.

WHEREAS, there have been duly formed within the bounc
of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT three improF
Districts known as Improvement District No. 2 of the COSTj
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, Improvement District No. 3 of the
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, and Improvement District No,
the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, and
WHEREAS, there now exists a bonded indebtedness as
each of said Improvement Districts; and
WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Board of Directors (
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, the revenues of the Di;
and the Improvement Districts therein will probably be inade
to pay the principal and interest of the bonded debt of the
Improvement Districts and all other amounts set forth in Sc
71616 of the Water Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RES01
FOLLOWS :
1. That the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT hereby determines that the est;
minimum amounts necessary to be raised by taxation duri~
fiscal year commencing July 1, 1987, and ending June 30,
are as follows:

(a) Improvement District No. 2 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$20,000.00 for payment of principal and in. on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dis.
None for all other purposes of the Distric.
(b) Improvement District No. 3 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$10,000.00 for payment of principal and in.
on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dis,
None for all other purposes of the Distric,
(c) Improvement District No. 4 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$20,000.00 for payment of principal and in on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dis
None for all other purposes of the Distric
(2) That the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT hereby fixes the rates of taxes

3. That the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUN:

ending June 30, 1988. ,
7, That the Secretary of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to forward
