RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT NO. 1, LOT 8, KOLL MULTIS
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa 1
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution
recordation of a Grant Right of Way from Carlsbad Resei
Center, a California partnership, by Koll Carlsbad Associate
California general partnership by the Koll Company of a water
easement located in Carlsbad Research Center Unit No. 1, La
Koll Multis, Carlsbad Tract No. 81-10(A) per Map No. 1033
shown on Exhibits "A", attached thereto and made a part there
