RESOLUTION NO. 560
RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF SQUIRES DAM FENCING
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Munic
Water District has determined that Lightning Fence Companl
completed the subject project in accordance with the pl
specifications and terms of the contract document; and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has recommended that
Board of Directors accept the fencing constructed by Light
I Fence Company, authorize the Distr-ict Engineer to file "Notic
Completion" and authorize the Ge.oera1 Manager to release
final retention of $2,976.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Director,
the Costa Real Municipal Water District:
The Squires Dam Fencing constructed by Lightning Fc
R
Company is hereby accepted.
The District Engineer, Robert J. Greaney, is authorized
directed to file a "Notice of Completion" for the project.
The General Manager, Thomas Brammell, is authorized
release the final retention of $2,976.708 the securities held
insure faithful performance, to Lightning Fence Company at
end of the thirty-five (35) day lien period following the fil
of the "Notice of Completion".
