HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-12-02; Municipal Water District; Resolution 562I RESOLUTION NO. 562 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ADDING JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ENGINEERING CLERK I TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE WHEREAS, the District has a need to fill the positic Engineering Clerk I, and WHEREAS, that position has been included in the 198 budget as a funded position; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Direc of the Costa Real Municipal Water District: c That Section 4.4. of Article 4 in the Administration Cod amended to include the job classification of Engineering Cle~ (see attached); and That the attached job description titled Engineering Clerk added to the District's Administrative Code. TYPICAL DUTIES Handles and monitors phone calls; acts as depart receptionist; assists in maintaining files for corresponde planning, design and construction of water system improvemeni private developments and for District capital improve projects: and performs typing and word processing for enginet related documents such as specifications, reports, right-ol documents, easements and agreements. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or its equivalent as determ: by the General Manager I Experience: Some experience in office procedures and data I cessing is desirable.
