I RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING MARGARET BONAS
PRESIDENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE YEAR 1988 -
WHEREAS, action was taken by the Board to remove Dirc
Haasl fromthe positionof PresidentoftheBoard of Direct0
Costa Real Municipal Water District, and /
WHEREAS, a vacancy was left in the position of Preside
the Board of Directors by said Board action;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Margaret Bonas be appointed, effective January 27, 198
serve as President of the Board of Directors of Costa Real
cipal Water District for the remainder of 1988.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 27th day of January, 1988.
