RESOLUTION NO, 566
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
CONCURRING IN NOMINATION TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY ( "ACWA/JPIA" )
WHEREAS, this district is a member district of the ACW,
and ;
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the ACWA/JPIA provide that in
for a nomination to be made to the ACWA/JPIA's EXEC' COMMITTEE, five member districts must concur with the nomil district; and
WHEREAS, the three incumbent office holders are u
reelection to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE ACWA/JPIA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directc the Costa Real Municipal Water District that this Dis
concurs with the nomination of Henry C. Garnett, Kern C
Water Agency, Ruth Santos, Byron Bethany Irrigation Distric
Ronald Vickery, Kanawha Water District, to the EXEC1
COMMITTEE of the ACWA/JPIA
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the District Secretary is k
