RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT PRESCRIBING SICK LEAVE REIMBURSEMENT
UPON DISCHARGE OF DISTRICT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Munic Water District have an adopted policy specifying that emplq
shall receive 25% of all accumulated sick leave up to 250 1 and 100% of any sick leave in excess of 250 hours, if 1:
District employment for a term greater than one year, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to increase
percentage of reimbursement to 50% for all accumulated sick 1 up to 250 hours;
NOW, THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE
the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as providc Exhibit A. I ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of March 1988
