RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
PRESCRIBING THE PROCEDURE FOR REIMBURSEMENT
TO THE DISTRICT BY DIRECTORS WHO CANCEL
RESERVATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS TOO LATE FOR REFUND
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Real Munic
Water District attend special events as representatives 0:

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board to require fe
Directors to reimburse the District for non-attendanc cancellation of reservations or registrations that occur too
for a refund to be issued, and

WHEREAS, under special circumstances, a Director may re(

NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as providc
