I RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING ROBERT J. GREANEY THE PLAN ADMINISTRATOR.
OF THE EMPLOYEES' DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 432 a Deferred Compens Plan was established and adopted for the employees of the
Real Municipal Water District to be effective December 30,
and
WHEREAS, by the same resolution, Thomas L. Bram~ Controller, was appointed to administer the Plan on behalf c District: and
WHEREAS, Thomas L. Bramme 11 is no longer employ the Costa Real Municipal Water District, as of January 20, 1
I NOW, THEREFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDl
FOLLOWS :
That ROBERT J. GREANEY, General Manager/District
neer, is hereby appointed as of February 3, 1988, to admir
the Plan on behalf of the District and is authorized to ex Participation Agreements with eligible officers, official employees, and all other Documents and Agreements necesse implement and administer the Plan.
