The Board of Directors strongly opposes reallocation of its property taxes to the County of San Diego, as recommended in the SANDAG Regional Governmental Responsibilities and Revenues Report, and opposes any future legislation which attempts to reallocate its property tax revenues to the County of San Diego. 2. The Board urges SANDAG to seek other alternatives II for resolving the County's revenue problems. 3. The Secretary of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to SANDAG, the County of San Diego and other appropriate parties.
