RESOLUTION NO. 583
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING THE ONE-YEAR HIGHEST COMPENSATION P.E.R.S.
BENEFIT; ADJUSTING THE SALARY TABLE BY 4.4 PERCENT
PROVIDING ORTHODONTIA COVERAGE TO OUR PRESENT DENTAL :
WHEREAS, on June 29, 1988 the Board of Dire(
met with representatives of the District's class employees, and
WHEREAS, the Board feels it is appropriat adjust the District's salary table by 4.4 percent to re an increase in the cost of living, and
WHEREAS, the Directors wish to provi
comprehensive retirement plan based upon employees' hi
compensation year, and
WHEREAS, the Board wants to provide emplo
dependents with orthodontia insurance coverage, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Articl
Section 4.4 and Article 5, Section 5.29 and adding Artic Section 5.39 to the District's Administrative Code to re the Board's desires
NOW THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMIN RESOLVE that the Administrative Code is hereby ame effective July 1, 1988, by the attached exhibits.
