COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
FIXING RATES OF WATER SUPPLIED BY
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 1988
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT has carefully reviewed the increa: the cost of water purchased from the San Diego County F
Authority and investigated the charges connected with the dc
ery of water by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the Water Service Agreement between COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and the City of Carlsbad states
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT is responsible for prov:
the necessary wholesale water supply to the City of Carlsbad,
shall sell such water to the City of Carlsbad at a single wh sal6 rate to be established by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER TRICT; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNI( WATER DISTRICT has determined that a revision of the chargc water delivery are necessary.
1 NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
Effective August 15, 1988 the wholesale rate charged for M
supplied by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall be sc
$0.98 per unit.
