RESOLUTION NO. 589
RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
DETERMINING THE AMOUNTS NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION IN THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1988,
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1989, AND FIXING THE RATES OF TAX TO BE LEVIED FOR SUCH FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, Sections 72090 through 72099, inclusive, o
Water Code provide that the Board of Directors of COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall determine the amounts necessa
be raised by taxation during the fiscal year and that the 1

WHEREAS, there have been duly formed within the bound
of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT three improv
Districts known as Improvement District No. 2 of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, Improvement District No. 3 of the
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, and Improvement District No.
the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, and
WHEREAS, there now exists a bonded indebtedness ag
each of said Improvement Districts: and
WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Board of Directors o
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, the revenues of the Dis
and the Improvement Districts therein will probably be inade
to pay the principal and interest of the bonded debt of the
Improvement Districts and all other amounts set forth in Se
71616 of the Water Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOL
FOLLOWS :
1. That the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT hereby determines that the esti
minimum amounts necessary to be raised by taxation durin
fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988, and ending June 30,
are as follows:

(a) Improvement District NO. 2 of COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$20,000.00 for payment of principal and int
on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dist
None for all other purposes of the District
(b) Improvement District No. 3 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$10,000.00 for payment of principal and intj
on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dist.
None for all other purposes of the District
(c) Improvement District No. 4 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
$20,000.00 for payment of principal and intl on the bonded debt of said Improvement Dist.
None for all other purposes of the District
(2) That the Board of Directors of the COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT hereby fixes the rates of taxes *
levied in the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT as follows
(a) For Improvement District No.- 2 of COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
(i) $.00131 for each $100.00 of asse
valuation on all property within boundaries of Improvement District
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRI(
such assessed valuations appear or
last equalized assessment roll of
County Assessor of the County of Diego, with such levy being made for retirement purposes.
(ii) No levy is required on property withi:
boundaries of Improvement District
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRIC'
all other purposes of said Improvc
District.
(b) For Improvement District No. 3 of COSTA MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
(i) $.00142 for each $100.00 of assessed luation on all properties within boundaries of Improvement District :

MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
(i) $.00052 for each $100.00 of ass€
valuation on all properties withir
boundaries of Improvement District of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRI(
such assessed valuations appear or
last equalized assessment roll of
County Assessor of the County of
Diego, with such levy being made for
retirement purposes.
(ii) No levy is required on property withi
boundaries of Improvement District
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRIC
all other purposes of said Improvc
District.
3.. That the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNIC
WATER DISTRICT hereby directs that, at the time and in the m(
required by law for the levying of taxes for county purposes

4. Any tax levies shall be made in accordance wit1
applicable statutes in effect on the date of levying the tax
by the Board of Supervisors.
5. That the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNI(
WATER DISTRICT hereby directs that any territory previc
excluded from the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall
be subject to taxation by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRI(
the Improvement District applicable or Improvement District
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
6. That the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNIC
WATER DISTRICT hereby directs that this Resolution shall
effect immediately and shall be effective for purpose
I taxation during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988,
ending June 30, 1989.
7. That the Secretary of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL W.
DISTRICT is hereby authorized and directed to forward t
certified copies of this Resolution to. the Board of Supervi
of the County of San Diego.
