RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECT'OPS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF SUBORDINATION AGREEXENT
LEXINGTON HOTEL, CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 81-5
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa
Municipal Water District that approval is given for accept
for recordation of a Subordination Agreement from Great We$
Savings, a Federal Savings and Loan Association, a Corporal
that hereby subordinateh) the encumbrance, lien, or char@
said deed of trust to the easement over safd land conveye
Costa Real Municipal Water District by Imstrument reco I January 2, 1986, as File No. 86-001176, and agree
foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under said dee
trust shall not effect said easement as attackeZ thereto and
a part thereof.
