COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE AND'APPROVAL OF QUITCLAIM DEED
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT NO. 1, CARLSBAD TRACT 81-10A

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Rea:
Yumicipal Water District that approval and acceptance is give;
for execution and recordation of quitclaim deed to hereby remise
release and forever quitclaim to Carlsbad Research Center,
CaLifornia general partnership, an existing fifteen foot (15'
vide waterline easement recorded January 11, 1988 as file no. 82
006545 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached thereto and made a par
rhereof o
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of October, 1988.
