I A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING BOARD AND STAFF EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE 1984 C.O.P. REFUNDING TRIP TO NEW YORK
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors approved proceedil
with the refunding of the 1984 Certificates of Participatic
issuance; and
WHEREAS, following is an itemized list of the expensr incurred by the Board and Staff for the trip to New Yo1 City regarding this refunding;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board c Directors that the following list is approved:
