COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 86-1
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Rea:

Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution ant
recordation of a Grant of Right of Way to Carltas Company, q
California limited partnership, as Grantor, of a waterlinl
easement located fn Palomar Airport Road Assessment District 86-
as shown on the legal description designated Exhibit "A
consisting of one sheet and Exhibit "B" consisting of one sheet
each attached thereto and made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED the 23rd day of November, 1988
