RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, STATE OF
PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK WITH PACIFIC CENTURY ADVISERS AS
INVESTMENT MANAGER
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A CUSTODIAL ACCOUNT WITH SECURIT
' WHEREAS, the Costa Real Municipal Water District's Boa
Directors, at its meeting of April 1, 1987, resolved to esta
a custodial account with Security Pacific National Bank a employ Pacific Century Advisers as the Investment Manager fo
assets of that account; and
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank has asked 1
review and confirm the actions directed by Thomas Bramr
formerly the General Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:

authorized to execute such documents as are necessar establish and maintain such an account and to deposit to it
and securities:

disbursement of funds made at his direction and, having :
