RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING A MERIT ADJUSTMENT OF 10% FOR THE
GENERAL MANAGER/DISTRICT ENGINEER
TO BECOME EFFECTIVE THE FIRST PAY PERIOD IN 1989
WHEREAS, it is the established policy of the Costa
Municipal Water District to evaluate management personnel the end of each calendar year for consideration of a m
adjustment; and
WHEREAS, at the Costa Real Municipal Water Distri
Board of Directors meeting on December 7, 1988, a closed ses
was held for that purpose; and
I WHEREAS, the Board of Directors in an open sessior!
after due consideration, recommended an increase for the Gen
Manager/District Engineer in excess of what is allowed in
Administrative Code, Article 3, Section 3.6:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE C
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RES
that the General Manager/District Engineer receive a 10% m
adjustment, to become effective the first pay period in 1989.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th- day of Decer
1988.
