RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO FILE AN ALTERNATIVE PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Costa Real Municipal Water District an
