RESOLUTION NO. 607
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
OF OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT HONORING HOWARD GOLEM
WHEREAS, HOWARD GOLEM played a vital role
formation of Olivenhain Municipal Water District in 195
WHEREAS, HOWARD GOLEM has served and is still
on the Board of Directors of Olivenhain Municipal Water D
in various capacities in the 30 years since that time, and
WHEREAS, HOWARD GOLEM served on the Board of Di
of San Diego County Water Authority for 24 years, and
WHEREAS, HOWARD GOLEM, in its formative years,
as president of the Water Agencies Association of San

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the
Real Municipal Water District does hereby resolve and ordc
