I RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
INITIATING PARTICIPATION IN THE
COUNTY TREASURER’S POOL OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Costa Real Municipal Water District :
committed to the prudent investment of public funds in an effo: to maximize interest income, and
WHEREAS, the safety of investment principal in achievi:
this additional income is paramount, and
WHEREAS, the San Diego County Treasurers Office operates ( investment pool for local jurisdictions that operates undc similar philosophies,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Re, Municipal Water District does hereby resolve that:
1. The County Treasurer’s pool of funds is an authorized investment of the Costa Real Municipal Water District
I 2. The Board Treasurer, General Manager and Chic Financial Officer (currently Fred Maerklc Robert Greaney and Geoffrey Poole) are authorized ‘
deposit and withdraw funds as needed
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1989.
