RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS
AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
NORTH COUNTY PLAZA, S.P. 187, MONROE STREET,
MARRON ROAD AND JEFFERSON STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Res
Municipal Water District that approval is given for execution an
recordation of the Declaration of Restrictions and Hold Harmles
Agreement from Hughes North County Associates, a Californi
general partnership, by HI-NC, a California general partnership
General Partner, by Hughes Investments, a California genera
partnership, General Partner, developer, of North County Plaza
S.P. 187, Monroe Street, Monroe Street, Marron Road and Jefferso
Street, indemnifying the District for potential damages relatin
to the placement of trees and structures within existing wate
facility easements; more specifically the existing six inch (6"
and ten inch (10") water pipelines located within grante
easements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED in consideration of th
Declaration of Restrictions and Hold Harmless Agreement that th
Board of Directors approve the existing facilities.
