RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN NAME
TO CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL, WATER DISTRICT; AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE SECRETARY TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO NOTIFY THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND THE
COUNTY CLERK OF THIS CHANGE IN FACT AS REQUIRED BY
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 53051
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of Costa Real Municipal Water District to authorize a name change;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERE by the Board of Directors Of Costa Real Municipal Water District as follows:
Section 1. That the recital set forth herein and above is true and correct in all respects.
Section 1. That the name of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall be changed to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
I Section 3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to file a Statement of Facts Roster of Public Agencies Filing with the Secretary of State and the San Diego County Cler
pursuant to Government Code Section 53051, within ten (10) days
from the date of the adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April, 1989.
