RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
FORMERLY KNOWN AS
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
PALOMAR OAKS 11, CARLSBAD TRACT 82-4
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District formerly known as Costa Real Municipal
Water District that app.rova1 is given for execution and
recordation of a Grant of Right of Way to Birtcher Business
Center - Corporate Palomar Phase 11, a California limited
partnership, by Campbell - Palomar 11, a California general
partnership, General Partner, and by Birtcher Pacific 11, a
general partnership, as Grantor, of a water line easement located
in Palomar Oaks 11, Lot No. 7, Carlsbad Tract No. 82-4, Map No.
11358 as shown on the legal description designated Exhibit "A"
consisting of one sheet and Exhibit "B" consisting of one sheet,
each attached thereto and made apart thereof.
