RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF QUITCLAIM DEED
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT NO. 4
CARLSBAD TRACT 81-10
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Municipal Water District that approval and acceptance is giver
for execution and recordation of three quitclaim deeds to hereb)
remiss, release and forever quitclaim to Upland Industries
Corporation, a Nebraska corporation, three existing water linc
easements recorded July 24, 1984 as file no. 84-278233, recordec I November 27, 1968 as file no. 208028 and recorded November 29;
1968 as file no. 29775 shown on Exhibits "A" attached thereto an(
made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of May, 1989.
