PROCEED AS THE LEAD AGENCY
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of water conserv
and water reclamation that a plan of action be taken fo:
benefit of the citizens of Carlsbad.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CAF
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
I
That the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Wate
District hereby approves the draft Encina Basin Wate Reclamation project Facilities Plan - Phase I Program e
approved and recommended by the Water Authorit Reclamation Advisory Committee - Encina Subcommittee
and
That the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Wate District hereby agrees that the City of Carlsbad shoul make application for a low interest loan to th California State Water Resources Control Board ar
recommend that the City of Carlsbad proceed as the lee agency.
