CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1989 AND ENDING
JUNE 30, 1990 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XI11 B
OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND
DIVISION 9 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Section 1 of Article XI11 B of the Constitutic

MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDEI
FOLLOWS :
1. The appropriations limit for CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL W
DISTRICT, pursuant to Article XI11 B of the Constitution of
State of California for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1
and ending June 30, 1990, is $470,675.29 .
2. In accordance with Section 2, Article XI11 B of
Constitution of the State of California, any revenues receive
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT in excess of that amc
which is appropriated in compliance with Article XI11 B of
I Constitution of the State of California, during the fiscal ;

within the next two subsequent fiscal years.
