RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF SASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
AVIARA 8" HI LINE (AMBROSIA)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsba
Municipal Mater Eistrict that approval is hereby granted fo
execution and recordation of a Grant Right of Way from Aviar
Land Associates Limited Partnership, a Delaware limite
partnership, formerly Pacific Rim Land Associates limite
partnership, a Delaware limited partnership of a waterlin
easement located in that portion of Section 27, Township 1
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridan per Record of Surve
no. 10774 and of a Subordination Agreement from First Interstat
of Bank of California, a California corporation, which provide
that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under sqd dee
of trust shall not affect said easement attached thereto an

shall be made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of August, 1989.
