RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
LOTS 2 & 3, CAR COUNTRY, C.T. 87-03
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsba
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby granted fo
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline easemen
granted by Carltas Co., a California limited partnership, t
Carlsbad Municipal Water District located in those portions o
lots 2 and 3, according to Map No. 12242 and on the lega
descriptions designated Exhibit "A" consisting of one sheet an
Exhibit "B" consisting of one sheet, each attached thereto an
made a part thereof, and of a Subordination Agreement fro.
Security Pacific National Bank, a national banking association
which provides that foreclosure or other enforcement of right!

under said deed of trust shall not aff'ect said easement attache(
thereto and shall be made a part thereof.
